Obama’s Secret Campaign Cash: Has $63 Million Flowed from Foreign Sources?

Almost 60,000 of the under $200 contributions to Obama's campaign which have been identified (out of another 2 million unidentified), all are for VERY, VERY strange amounts; e.g. - $188.67, $1,542.06, $876.09, $388.67, $282.20, $195.66, $118.15. Who gives such odd amounts as contributions? Every one I've ever seen was rounded to at least a whole dollar, if not to $5 . But, I suppose, if the contribution came in by credit card from East Bumfartistan and was denominated in krapits or whatever, the currency exchange would create amounts to the nearest penny.
