This photo was taken in the heart of Prague in September 2008. This building is one of a handful which have not been reconstructed since the overthrow of the Czech's Communist government in 1989. I have been told that this was the typical condition of many of the buildings in Prague when the State owned EVERYTHING under their Socialist Government.
Are we headed here?
