Not only did Paulson back off on his original plans on how to spend the $700 BILLION given him by Congress, the squabbling amongst this dysfunctional Congress has prevented setup of the oversight bodies they themselves DEMANDED !!!!!!
And some people want our nation's health care system to be run by these bureaucrats???
