Worry, but be happy: Coping with an Obama presidency

Election didn’t go the way I wanted, but then nobody asked my permission. My biggest worry is not a liberal Democratic president, though I do hope liberal ideology does not run afoul of human and economic reality.
ReplyDeleteI worry most about a House and Senate under Democratic control, and hope this powerful political tide does not behave like a bunch of kids in a candy store.
I wish Obama well. At the end of four years I’d rather say “Job well done” than “I told you so.” The price for the latter statement is too high.
