This could be the ultimate class-warfare spread-the-wealth redistribution scheme, aimed squarely at punishing success and penalizing the so-called rich. Are YOU going to be the next hit with a Congressional penalty of some sort? What happened to the rule of law? prosecution - trial by peers - before a judge?
