ALL THE PRESIDENTS CZARS

Obama has appointed almost two dozen "Czars" to head up various functions he has deemed important. Here are a few and the amount of money they control.

• Car Czar ($42B),
• Drug Czar ($15B),
• Border Czar ($17B),
• Urban Affairs Czar ($44B),
• Intelligence Czar ($48B),
• Health Czar ($759B),
• Stimulus Czar ($787B),
• Cyber Czar ($30B),

These are but a few. These Czars are appointed by the President, but unlike Cabinet Secretaries, Czars do not have to undergo any pesky Senate confirmation or even a hearing! They are not obligated to testify before the Senate.
