C.I.A. Had Plan to Assassinate Qaeda Leaders

The New York Times and its liberal friends are getting their knickers in a knot over whether it is just as legal to kill an enemy by a predator drone (Yes, it's okay, Obama authorized it) as it is with an assassin's pistol (No it is not, Bush's CIA team approach). The NYT tries to draw a fine legalistic line between the two approaches..... and by doing so further emphasizes the Obama Administration approach to terrorism as a legal problem, not a National defense security issue.
