NY Times Reports AGAIN on Secret Wire Taps

Scott Johnson at Power Line blog reports that again the NY Times reporters Risen and Lichtblau (of recent NSA wiretapping reporting) again try to fool us. They summarize the unclassified portions of the report of five Inspectors General in such a way that minimizes the value of the program under Bush. They conveniently skip over portions of the IG report which describe its effectiveness.
