8:29 am ET 05/07/2010 - StreetInsider

In a CNBC interview, NASDAQ CEO Bob Greifeld is partially blaming the primary market, or NYSE, for the crash yesterday. He said when the primary market stops taking orders on some stock it creates panic with market participants. The NYSE stopped trading for 90 seconds on certain stocks, including Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG), according to the NASDAQ CEO.
