I has been almost TEN YEARS since the 9-11 attacks by foreigners who entered our country on suspiciously issued visas. A program set up by the Bush Administration to deal with lax visa issuing practices at our embassies has been frozen by the Obama Administration. Only 14 of the 57 "high risk" embassies have the Visa Security Program (VSP) in place. [clipper]
