Did Elena Kagan Lie to the Supreme Court in Last Year’s 9/11 Case?

Kagan argued before the Supreme Court in opposition to 9/11 victims trying to sue Saudi Arabia for funding of Al Qaeda. She made provably FALSE arguments. The court took her advice and has prevented the suits.
