Authorities have a lot to answer for in the case of convicted kidnapper Lee Booth.
"This guy was convicted and served time for second degree kidnapping in the early 80's. Since then he bought an Airline and ran it into the ground, owned three firearms manufacturing companies and has been issued a Concealed Weapons Carry permit.
