111th Congress ‘Most Productive Ever’ — In a ‘Termites Devouring a House’ Kind of Way

"In the past month, story after story after story has been published mentioning how the 111th Congress is the “most productive in decades.” What a nice spin on an absolute disaster. These people would have reported the Titanic sinking as “Ocean-going public bathing more than ever.”
To paraphrase Bill Clinton, it depends on what your definition “productive” is."
