WikiLeaks cables reveal how US manipulated climate accord

Just look at how the U.S. was buying off, with our tax dollars, various countries around the world.  Basically we have been providing bribes to countries (and in many cases no doubt, individual government officials) who will "sign up" to our climate control aims!!!   Wikileaks cables confirm this.
