Justices turn aside another challenge over Obama's citizenship

Although this CNN article states  "State birth certificate records show he was born August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii." and "Obama and his staff produced copies of his birth certificate when he was running for president in 2008,", neither assertion is true.

The document produced is a "Certification of Live Birth" not a "Certificate of Live Birth". These are two DIFFERENT documents.  At the time Obama was born, 1961, BOTH documents could be issued.   The "CERTIFICATION" could be and was issued to anyone walking in the door. The "CERTIFICATION" was widely obtained by parents whose children were born in places other than Hawaii.  The "CERTIFICATION" shows neither the hospital nor the Doctor's name.  The only thing needed to obtain a "CERTIFICATION" was for a parent to swear to the truth of the information.     Children born in hospitals in Hawaii at that time (as well as now) had "CERTIFICATE"s ... the OTHER document which does show the hospital and Doctor's name.  Until recently, most Hawaii government agencies did NOT RECOGNIZE the "CERTIFICATION" as sufficient proof of Hawaii birth.

OBAMA has ONLY produced a "CERTIFICATION" not a "CERTIFICATE".

Hence ...... the furor over his eligibility.

Travellers:  INSIST that the TSA searcher change to fresh, new gloves out of a supply box, BEFORE groping you!

"There is no doubt that bacteria (staph, strep, v.cholerae etc.) and viruses (noro, enteroviruses, herpes, hepatitis A and papilloma viruses) can be spread by contaminated vinyl or latex gloves," Dr. Thomas Warner of Wisconsin told WND in a letter to the editor. 

Warner told WND some of the infections are "a tough little beast" and easily would be spread through the contact being used by the TSA. 

"Staphylococci are also tough and can be spread on fomites (eg . towels, tampons or gloves ) and survive in dry conditions. Methicillin resistant staph creates havoc in hospitals AND in those awaiting surgery (eg. traveling for a transplant ) when the 'carrier' patient must be clear of the bacterium before elective surgery," he said. 

"Emerging infectious and tropical agents create another wild scenario," he said.

He said at a minimum gloves should be changed between pat-downs, "especially if the gloved hand is inside clothes or in the genital ... area even if clothed. Travelers should be advised of this and hand-wash and change clothes ASAP after these intimate examinations."

Just this week, an ABC News employee was fingered by a TSA agent who felt around inside her underwear. ... This process of touching traveler's genitals without consistently changing latex gloves means the TSA is involved in extremely risky behavior that could spread disease,"

Paging lawyers to NY-25: Republican Ann Marie Buerkle leads the vote count so naturally Democrat Dan Maffei is fundraising for a legal team

"On Wednesday, I broke the news that Ann Marie Buerkle had assumed the lead in NY-25 after the final vote count was completed.  There are still a large number of absentee ballots to be counted and Ann Marie Buerkle is leading by a slim 700 votes, but that certainly hasn't stopped Dan Maffei from flailing desperately for a legal team. 

Apparently, Maffei is part of the "George Bush stole the election" conspiracy crowd, but his charges that Ann Marie is trying to steal the election is capricious and more than a little unhinged.  However, it is clear that Dan Maffei is not confident that he will come out victorious and is hoping to accomplish through legal teams what he failed so egregiously on the campaign trail.  Please consider donating to Ann Marie Buerkle's post election fund so that she can fight off Dan's legal election team.

Obama in India: 3,000 accompany him, $200 Million per Day

According to New Delhi TV President Obama's entourage numbers 3,000 persons which will spend about $200 MILLION PER DAY!  It has already been reported that they have rented the entire Taj Hotel .... all 570 rooms, plus several other hotels at 80-90 rooms each. They are flying in jumbo jets and numerous assorted smaller aircraft totalling 40 overall. They will use six armored cars, including four "Barack-mobiles". The family including  Queen Michelle and the two Princesses, will travel in style and elegance

This smacks of imperial extravagance befitting the Rajah's of the old colonial rulers of India. They will spend four days in India, then visit Indonesia and Japan before returning to his Kingdom between the oceans.
