EPA Ignores New Regulation's Impact On Jobs

Watch this video wherein Rep. Gardner (R-CO) puts EPA Administrator Stanislaus on the spot.  Stanislaus admits the EPA does not take into account a new regulation's impact on jobs.  President Obama issued an executive order three months ago requiring all agencies to calculate the impact of proposed regulations on job creation and growth.  It appears the EPA has been disregarding it.
