If Obama's original birth certificate had been amended to show adoption by Soetoro, is the 2+ year delay in public release due to time needed to get the original changed back? If he was adopted by Soetoro, would he lose his U.S. citizenship?

Obama was born Kenya pure simple . He broke the law therefor he is crime .
