“Nobody lifts their glass,” Glenn said.
“Nobody else does because their national anthem is playing and he awkwardly goes, oh, crap, put downs his glass and stands there and then it continues to play for 25 seconds,” Pat said. “Every single time there’s an international get-together, there’s a screw-up like this. It’s really bad.”
“Nobody in the Middle East is afraid of us. Look at this guy. They’re watching this tape right now with their head in their hands going– Mahmud, are you embarrassed? I’m embarrassed. Sure, we want to kill all the Americans, but this is just embarrassing,” Glenn joked.
Glenn wondered if The President thought that he was getting his toast was getting some impromptu theme music – a guess the President proved right."
