When we revolted against the King in 1776, we did so partly because of favored treatments received by the King's people in the colonies. When we wrote and adopted our Constitution we demanded EQUAL TREATMENT BEFORE THE LAW of all people, NOT FAVORED TREATMENT FOR THE PRESIDENT AND FAMILY. We should demand that this investigation proceed.
