Honing those pitchforks

Are the politicians themselves fueling these displays of discontent? At least for now, they are just displays! Many, many, many Americans who never marched or picketed a thing in their lives, are now attending rallies and protests. Politicians who do not pay attention will be on the losing side come next election.
