International treaty gives foreign troops identity of American gun owners

Taking away our 2nd Amendment rights via the back door. Obama is asking the Senate to approve a treaty which would give foreign governments access to lists of U.S. gun owners AND TO EXTRADITE us to punish us under their gun laws.
