How stupid do these bureaucrats think we are?
The EPA literally close three doors to their mega-building, (after a SIX MONTH STUDY OF EMPLOYEE TRAFFIC FLOW !) saving security costs of $300,000. This is .00375% of their annual budget !!!!! I'll bet they spend more $$ buying toilet paper for their bathrooms.
