Apparently a change in policy...... in previous administrations (and in Dear Leader;s 2009 inauguration) Marines have marched with fully assembled rifles. In this the 2013 inauguration, they were marching with the bolts removed from their rifles.
Is the Secret service so afraid a renegade Marine might carry a bullet in his pocket, slip it into his rifle, and take a shot at the President?
Perhaps with all of the anti-military orders, rules and pronouncements of Dear Leader, there is cause for such concern. [clipper]
