A very readable report on hacking, cybersecurity and what must be done about it.   This is testimony being given today to the Senate Judiciary Committee.  He provides a good, easily read description of current activities by private companies in tracking down the hackers.  The author provides a compelling argument for a change in U.S. policy.   [clipper]
