Dear Leader Barack is awarding Gulf of Mexico drilling rights to a Chinese Government owned company, NEXEN. His campaign supporters were, apparently, tipped off as several of them purchased millions of shares in tNEXEN just before the Chinese purchase was approved by the Administration. [clipper]
