NSA 'goes after man who mocked agency'

Getting a little "touchy" aren't they? "Peeping While You're Sleeping" ...... I love it!

This raises the question .... under what authority does the U.S. government create copyrights to material, preventing us from its use, when we are the ones who paid the cost of creating the material in the first place?
