If you are in business, you are supposed to know what is contained in these 80,000 pages of Federal Register issued last year. These proscriptions by Federal Bureaucrats contain your marching orders for the year 2013. They carry the force of law. A friend of mine was fined $5 million for not knowing what was contained on one of these pages a few years back. When he challenged the fine, he was told that ignorance of the Bureaucracy's edicts is no excuse - he should be reading every page as they are issued. So...... HOP TO IT !
By the way .... that small stack sitting on top of the cabinet are those laws actually passed by Congress and signed into law by the President.
