12 Trademarks Declared Less Offensive Than Redskins
"In a ruling Wednesday morning, the United States Patent and Trademark Office cancelled six federal trademarks for the name of the Washington Redskins.
"“Cheer if you want,” Limbaugh said, but scoffers need to remember that, “no one is safe when the protections of a constitutional republic are stripped away.”
He warned his audience not to take media reports on the Redskins decision at face value. Mainstream outlets are naming the source of the decision as the Patent and Trademark Office.
However, Limbaugh pointed out, “This is Barack Obama. This is the executive branch. All this stuff is coming out of the executive branch. All of this, well, tyranny.”"
