12 Trademarks Declared Less Offensive Than Redskins

"In a ruling Wednesday morning, the United States Patent and Trademark Office cancelled six federal trademarks for the name of the Washington Redskins.

Currently, federal trademark law does not allow the registration of any names that bring individuals or groups into contempt or disrepute. The PTO cited this rule in their decision regarding the Redskins’ name.
[This is believed to be an action driven by the PC Police in this Obama administration.]
Here are twelve other trademarked names that apparently didn’t come up on anyone’s offense radar."

[Daily Caller]

Starting with ..........  Figgas over Niggas and including Kraut Kap,
Dago Swagg and another nine or ten similarly offensive trademarks which have been ignored by this PC White House. [clipper]
Rush Limbaugh sounds the warning !!!!!!!
Read it HERE

"“Cheer if you want,” Limbaugh said, but scoffers need to remember that, “no one is safe when the protections of a constitutional republic are stripped away.”

He warned his audience not to take media reports on the Redskins decision at face value. Mainstream outlets are naming the source of the decision as the Patent and Trademark Office.

However, Limbaugh pointed out, “This is Barack Obama. This is the executive branch. All this stuff is coming out of the executive branch. All of this, well, tyranny.”"
