Forming up under a newly issued (Oct 26, 2012) Obama Executive Order (EO 13629), is a bureau to create a homeland security apparatus in the same way that the Schutzstaffel (SS) and the Komitet gosudarstvennoy bezopasnosti (KGB) were originally organized. They were units directed by the leader (Hitler, Stalin) to provide security beyond that of their military and civil police. Although we have no official name for this organization as of yet, it is called Homeland Security Partnership Council in the Executive Order...... may I suggest the "SPC" ?
Couple this with the Dept. of Homeland Security ordering millions of rounds of ammunition, thousands of weapons and 2,500 armored vehicles as reported recently, as well as the graduation of the first class of several hundred young people from FEMA's Youth Corps and we have the genesis of Obama's BROWN SHIRTS.
