Something is not right about the EPA’s response to a FOIA request.  

 

The head of the EPA uses an alias (Richard Windsor) to create an email account. I suppose she was thinking that enquirers wouldn't find out.  It creates chaos when the media tries to retrieve records of these emails from the "most transparent administration ever" using the Freedom Of Information Act.     [clipper]
