" A
New York Times investigation of Al Sharpton's finances revealed that he
owes $4.5 million in back taxes and hundreds of thousands of dollars in
unpaid bills.
Sharpton
has committed crimes that would see an ordinary American sent to jail.
What would happen to you if you skipped out on a hotel without paying?
Or used funds from a non-profit group to pay for your daughter's
education? The landlord doesn't dare evict him because he doesn't want
hundreds of people demonstrating in front of his office.
Sharpton
gets away with this because of the real fear he engenders in businesses
that pressing their legitimate claims will bring Sharpton's wrath down
upon them. No one wants that kind of bad press, so Sharpton will
continue to stiff vendors, avoid taxes, and rob his own non-profit for
his personal aggrandizement. "
