A fire sale at Gitmo?

 I firmly believe that Dear Leader's intent is to CLOSE Guantanamo completely.  That is, not only the prison, but the larger facility naval base for our forces in the Caribbean.  His lack of interest in developing and supporting our military has been on display for years now..... as has his been support for revolutionary regimes. Closing the prison is simply Step #1 in his plan.
